Before Your Visit
For Traditional Thai Massage, wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing — think joggers and a t-shirt. For oil-based treatments like Deep Tissue or Hot Stone, you'll change into towels provided by us.
Only for oil-based treatments, and you'll always be covered with towels. For Traditional Thai Massage, you remain fully clothed throughout the session.
Yes. Every new client completes a health consultation form before their first session. Your therapist will review this with you and discuss your treatment plan before we begin.
Some conditions require medical clearance or may prevent certain treatments. These include recent surgery, fractures, deep vein thrombosis, severe osteoporosis, and some skin conditions. We'll discuss this during your consultation.
During Your Visit
Thai massage involves deep pressure and stretching, which can feel intense but should never be painful. Your therapist checks in regularly and adjusts pressure to your comfort level. You're always in control.
Sessions range from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the treatment. We recommend 60 or 90 minutes for your first visit so your therapist has time for a thorough assessment and treatment.
Yes. Once we're open, you'll be able to request your preferred therapist when booking. We encourage building a relationship with one therapist for continuity of care.
Traditional Thai massage is a therapeutic treatment, not a spa experience. There's no oil, no undressing, and no relaxation music. Instead, you'll be stretched, compressed, and mobilised on a floor mat. It's closer to physiotherapy than a spa day.
Booking & Policies
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full treatment fee. We understand emergencies happen — just let us know as soon as possible.
We accept cash, all major debit and credit cards, and contactless payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
